MAX3243: the most optimum combination of charge pump and bypass capacitors

Part Number: MAX3243

Hello support team,

Our customer is currently using MAX3243.
On the customer's board, the ripple is seen on the driver output signal of MAX3243.

I found a similar case at E2E.
e2e.ti.com/.../627685

I advised the customer to change the combination of charge pump capacitor and bypass capacitor.
C1 = 0.1 μF, C2 = C 3 = C 4 = 0.47 μF

Then some were reduced ripple, but others weren't reduced and changed only frequency of ripple (41 kHz).

So the customer have some questions.
1. Is the following value the most optimum combination of capacitors that reduces ripple?
Does their values vary depending on the device?
C1 = 0.1 μF, C2 = C 3 = C 4 = 0.47 μF

2. I think that the frequency of ripple depends on the charge pump capacitor and output resistance.
How is the range of variation due to IC?

Best regards,
M. Tachibana
