Unfortunately I was unable to find consistent data on the ESD immunity of this device. It doesn't appear that the device was designed for high ESD ratings, though, and so if this is a concern in your application I would recommend looking at a more modern transceiver (with ESD ratings in the datasheet) such as TRS3243 or TRS3243E.
