TSU5511: Top marking & device datasheet

Hi team,

I have a batch of old(er) TSU5511YZPR devices that have a top marking 5G2,

The current datasheet mentions the A62 marking and the 2011 variant a 5F2 marking.

Can I understand the meaning of these and what impact, if any, will they have on the device operation/characteristics?

I can not find anything about the 5G2 I will continue searching and update you when I have more information.

I understand there is a repository for older datasheet revisions not available on the web. If you could perhaps guide me into that I'm sure i could find the right one?

We looked through the old datasheets and could not find any mention of 5G2 marked devices.

I was not able to find anyone with any knowledge of this device with this markings. It might be the same silicon as the regular TSU5511. you can read the I2C registers to confirm.

Register 0 would be helpful. Could you also take a picture of the tops of the chips that you have with the three different markings and post them?

• Lot trace code from the material in stock
