It's pretty wired and we didn't have this case before. Two questions about this:
1.Where did you get the part, it's purchased from TI or other way?
2. Are you sure the part number is TPS2552 not TPS2552-1?
To solve the problem, I suggest you:
1.Ship one or two part to our site, so we can debug it in our lab.
2.We have released a new part TPS25221, it's a cost down version of TPS2552/3. The EN is active high. I don't know what's your product period, so do you consider to replace the part?
So what's your idea about my suggestion? If you think it's okay, I will send shipping address to you.
