i am using SN74LVCH16T245 to translate 2V5(from FPGA-EVB) to 1V8(connect to our board), total 16bits used. i am not sure this component can support up to 130Mbps.(spec said it could)
when i do a simulation in hyperlynx, ,it can't run to 130Mbps, the signal is very worse, so can you give me some advise?
PS:(the sn74lvch16t245 ibs model is download from TI website,the receiver ic .ibs model is ourselves, i'am sure it is right)

I read the SN74LVCH16T245 datasheet and did not find any mention of support of up to 130 Mbps with VCCA = 2.50V and VCCB = 1.80V. The section below shows the propagation delay times with VCCA = 2.50V and VCCB = 1.80V. The worst case propagation delay is 21.4 ns, which is not acceptable to support 130 Mbps transmission (130 Mbps = Bit width of 7.69 ns).
Could I suggest an alternative translator?

of course, welcome to suggest an alternative translator. it's better equal or more than 8bit channel each circuit.
also,the spec has an description of the max data rate, but i am not very belive this. only for your reference.

The datasheet that you provided is not the SN74LVCH16T245, but the SN74AVC16T245. Are you sure that you downloaded the correct IBIS model?
The SN74AVC16T245 IBIS model can be downloaded here.
In addition, the SN74AVC16T245 would support 130 Mbps transmission. The worst case propagation delay is 4.50 ns
