LSF0102 - support 100MHz from 1V8 to 3V3

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LSF0102, SN74AUP1T17

Hi E2E,

Could LSF0102 support 100MHz differentail signal from 1V8 to 3V3?

If no, do we another suitble solution support this case?

It will be placed between PCIE switch (1V8) and Main chip(3V3).

BR,

Jason

  • Hi Jason ,

LSF ‘could’ support the requirement given the right requirements at the output . The cap load should be <30pf ;lesser the better. The 1.8V driver should have the ability to sink the current generated by the small pull up resistance(~200ohm) to support 100Mhz .
Alternatively , you could consider to use Sn74AUP1T17 which is a Schmitt trigger buffer which supports unidirectional translation up to 190Mhz.
