TXS0104E VCCA and VCCB issue

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TXS0104E

Hi Sir,

The customer has an issue about TXS0104E. VCCA is 1.8V and VCCB is 2.8V.  First ,he supplies 1.8V to VCCA pin. The VCCA pin voltage is stable and it is 1.8V.

But when he supplies 2.8V to VCCB pin, the  VCCA pin voltage is 2.3V. That is the VCCA pin  voltage is raised.  What is the reason? How to solve the issue?

Look the attachment.

Thanks,

Best Regards,

  • Mickey,

At this time, I can't offer an explaination since I have never seen this problem. Can you request the customer to provide an oscilloscope waveform capture of VCCA and VCCB during power up, and during power down?

    Best Regards,
