SN74ALVC164245: Regarding SN74ALVC164245 buffer - internal series resistor

Hi,

I found SN74ALVC164245 buffer which best fits my application.  But unfortunately, this buffer does not internal series resistor built in.  We are using this buffer for external bus interface, control line and clock signals.

Due to its fast edge rate, we are seeing lot of reflections even with impedance controlled trace of 45 to 55 ohms.  Without any external termination, we see very high overshoots and undershoots.

I am looking for a buffer from ALVC series of family that has internal series resistor built in.  There are other LVC and LVCR buffers, which does not meet my noise margin and rail voltage requirements.

Can you please let me know if there is any device from ALVC series with internal series resistor?

This would actually save lot of board estate in our design.
