SN74AVC4T774: As a JTAG switch

Hi,

My customer consider to use SN74AVC4T774 as a JTAG switch (no need for voltage translation; being 3.3V at both side.)  When SN74AVC4T774/OE is low, they would like to turn on the chip so that JTAG signals from master is connected to slave side.  If SN74AVC4T774/OE is high, they want to turn off the connection path.

Is SN74AVC4T774 a fit for such application?  Since they're some pull resistors on JTAG signals, how should they implement these pull resistors with SN74AVC4T774?
