TXS0104E: OE pull up rail issue

Part Number: TXS0104E

Hello team,

We advise OE referenced  VCCA, but customer connected it to VCCB as the pull up, so would you like to help us checking this application whether is ok, and what will happen if it is not?

VCCA is 3.3V, and VCCB is 1.8V.

Thanks,

Antony

  • The 'A port' of the TXS0104E can support voltages up to an absolute maximum of 4.6V (Absolute Maximum Ratings table, page 5 of the datasheet).

If the input voltage exceeds this, the part can be damaged.

Since your input voltages do not exceed 4.6V (presumably 3.3V maximum), there is no problem.
