This device can be operated at 100 MHz, however signal integrity will depend on loading and supply voltage. I don't have test data for 100 MHz, so I can't guarantee anything about signal integrity at that speed, however, I can say that the device will have better quality output signals at 5V operation than at 1.8V simply due to the output resistance.
There is no specified output rise/fall time for this device - or any logic device. This depends on the loading in your circuit and the output impedance of the device at the operating voltage.
You can estimate the output edge rate from the output resistance and load capacitance (Rout = VO/IO):
