    I would probably change the OE resistor divider network from 10k to 1k , so that the OE pin is held ~98% of the Vcca value.
    The connection is fine according to me. The interface has mixed signals from open drain (I2C) and UART (push pull) and other GPIOs which I assume is push pull as well.
    The TXS works well for open drain as it has internal pullup resistors, whereas the push pull will also work fine except that the presence of the internal pullup resistor results in some unwanted leakage when the signal is at low level.
