HI, Team:

In SN74AVC16T245 datasheet, the rising time is < 5ns/V; what is the test condition? 10% ~ 90% or 20% ~80%?

if the customer measurement result is 8ns/V, it is acceptable?

    Hi Andrew,

    This spec means that for every 1V the rise time should take no longer than 5ns. For example, if the signal was rising to 3V it shouldn't take longer than 15 ns. I won't say the customers rise time is acceptable since I don't recommend operating outside of datasheet spec, but it is something that can be done. Below I am linking an app note that explains what happens when doing this.
