SN74AVC8T245: Non-Working new board.

Part Number: SN74AVC8T245

I have an application with a 1.8V to 2.5V single direction translation. Here is a portion of the schematic below. 1.8V is on and correct, 2.5V is on and correct. I have toggling (10MHZ rate) signals at A side and B side is low and unchanging.

PCB seems correct. Thermal pad is connected to GND which seems correct. I am stumped.

Hi Daniel,

From the information you have given me there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with your setup.

Do you think you can provide me with a scope capture and maybe more information on what the output is being connected to?
Also, maybe you should try to swap out the device for another AVC8T device and see if that works.
