SN74LV1T34: Device will not meet it's datasheet VOL specification at 125C

Part Number: SN74LV1T34

Sorry if this is not in the correct forum, the device is a simple logic gate but this is the only forum that populates so I will go with it.  I am a test engineer working with this device on ATE. The package is a 5 SC70 and full part number is SN74LV1T34DCKR. I am testing to full datasheet and find it will not meet the VOL spec for one of the eight VOL tests specified.  The test is VCC = 3.0V, IOL=5.5mA, limit=0.252mV.  The devices I have been working with are brand new and sourced from Digikey, and I have 3 date codes.  For this VOL test I see measurement of about 270mV.  I have ruled out any issue with my test, hardware and fixture.  Of course there will be a tiny amount of resistance in my fixture (load board, socket) but it should not be nearly enough to account for this.  Also I have used the same exact setup to test two other devices from this family, the SN74LV1T08DCKR and SN74LV1T02DCKR.  Both of these devices have the same VOL test in their datasheets.  With the 08 device I measure 199mV and with the 02 device 205mV, so both have plenty of margin.  This is all at 125C, high quality thermocouple setup and temperature forcing unit.

What would be causing the difference I am seeing on three devices types from the same family with the same test and hardware?
