ISO7740: SSOP version

Hello,

Are there any road map for SSOP package of ISO7740?
Our customer request the Low I/O voltage (under 2.5V) and small package (SSOP) device.
Since the FPGA IO voltage is decreased, they may not use 3.3V , 2.8V IO from now on.

Hi Ryuji,

Yes there is DBQ (QSOP) package ISO7740 device in our road-map, you may refer to ISO7740 Datasheet for the package details.
