TI does not produce Opto-Isolators, but instead has adapted a more reliable technology, details here in this blog: https://e2e.ti.com/blogs_/b/analogwire/archive/2014/05/16/capacitive-based-galvanic-isolation-vs-optocoupler-technology-who-wins .
You might consider the ISO124 as a replacement, noting that it will not be a direct replacement for the TLP184: http://www.ti.com/product/iso124 .
I'm guessing you are redesigning a product, so let us know if you have any further questions on designing the ISO724, as well as any other portions of the design you may want to upgrade/improve.
