Asking for the isolation solution for the I2C 8bit I2C expander

Hi Team,
Do we have the  isolation solution for I2C to 8 bit DIO expander solution (8 bit DIO: 6 bit x DI and 2 bit x DO.)?

Here is the customer request
1. With 3KV isolation
2. 8 bit DIO Input range: 0 ~ 30VDC and DIO Output current: MAX 500mA per channel
3. On-state Voltage: 24 VDC nominal, open collector to 30 VDC
