I tested two ISOW7841, when I supply 5V to Vin I get 0.65V from Viso. Is there anyone having the same issue?

My setup:

5v         -|Vin                  Viso|- Vout(gives 0.65V)

NC       -|GND1          GND2|- NC

NC       -|INA               OUTA|- NC

NC      -|INB                OUTA|- NC

NC      -||NC                OUTA|- NC

NC      -|NC                    SEL|- NC

GND1-|GND1            GND2|- GND2

    Hi,

    To understand the system/test setup better, can you please share below details

    1) How is the IC being tested? Are you using EVM/ Proto board with socket? Can you please share schematic/ more details about the test setup.

    2) Was there any load connected to VISO (between VISO and GND2)? 

    3) What is the input current (VCC1 current) consumed by the IC during the test?
