ISO3088: About Vcc1 and Vcc2 power supply...

Part Number: ISO3088

Dear Sir,

My customer use 3.3V for Vcc1 and Vcc2 for ISO3088 power.

All test are pass under such condition and Max. input voltage rating covered for 3.3V and 5V.

However, is there any side effect for very long time operation due to ISO3088 is 5V RS-485.

Thanks.

  • Hi Peter,

The 3.3V supply on VCC1 is fine, but minimum recommended voltage on VCC2 is 4.5V. So please suggest customer to use the device in recommended operating range mentioned in datasheet.

Also, if all the input and ourput voltages are within the operating specifications mentioned in the datasheet, there will be no side effect/ issue with long term operation of the device.

    Regards
    Tejas
