Part Number: ISO3088
My company is doing a product MTBF for a product launch of our solar inverter, and I was looking for the FITs rate for the ISO3088, ISO1050, ISO1540.
I went to the reliability database which has most parts, but these devices do not have any data.

Thank you can you add this following data so we can adjust the FIT data to our system which might or might not be at a higher temperature.
Also the confidence rate will help since we use 90% rate which we can convert from a lower confidence rate
ISO3088: 0.8 operating temp C =, Confidence level = 60%, 90%?ISO1050: 0.6 operating temp C =, Confidence level = 60%, 90%?ISO1540: 0.4 operating temp C =, Confidence level = 60%, 90%?
