Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ISO1050

TI has not published any reliability data is for "ISO1050" in its webpage. While trying to find the required data, I found this thread:

According to the mentioned thread, the reliability of ISO1050 is related to its internal sub-parts: ISO7421 & SN65HVD1050.
Unfortunately, no reliability data is provided for ISO7421 as well. I would appreciate it if anyone can provide me with the MTBF or FIT figures for ISO7421 or ISO1050?
