I have a question regarding ISO7341 input thresholds. The Electrical characteristic table has specified:
However, the timing diagram in Figure 14 showed the input threshold is VCC/2 ± VI(HYS), may I know which one is correct?
The table in section 7.9 of datasheet lists VOH & VOL which are the voltage levels that ISO7341 OUTx channels output. The recommended input voltage levels VIH & VIL that should be applied to input channels of ISO7341 is given in section 7.3 of datasheet as shown below.
The timing diagram in Figure 14 is related to switching characteristics measurement where propagation delay is measurement from 50% point of input signal to 50% point of output signal. The 50% point is used for propagation delay measurement and not be mistaken for input thresholds. Thank you.
