Transformer for SN6051 Q1

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN6501-Q1, SN6501

I am designing an isolated DC/DC power supply. I picked the SN6501-Q1, since it is for automotive applications. I need a transformer that would fit following criteria:

Current rating: 0.2A or more

Isolation voltage: 2 kV AC at 100 kHz or higher frequency

Operating temperature: -40C to 125C

The high isolation at the mentioned frequency is needed due to the application it is to be used in. The DC/DC converter will be used to power the floating side of an isolation operation amplifier. The isolation amplifier we have chosen is Avago ACPL-782T. The isolation amplifier is used to measure the line-line voltages of a three phase 100kHz DC/AC converter powered by a 800 V DC bus, implying that high magnitude high frequency common mode voltages will appear at the transformer secondary terminal. Hence the need for high frequency isolation. Transformer with only DC isolation rating will not likely work, since at high frequencies, the winding capacitance becomes an issue and provides a low impedance path between the winding voltages.

If anyone knows of a suitable transformer, please suggest. If you think that I should change my DC/DC converter type from push-pull to something else and can find a transformer for that with the ratings mentioned above, then please advise that too. Thanks!
