W.r.t radiation test data- could you please clarify if you are referring to tests documenting the reaction of the part to a radiated energy source? [ as opposed to radiated emissions from the part per CISPR 22 or 25 guidelines] ? Please let us know , and we'd be happy to check with our colleagues and report back.

The part is only qualified for automotive purposes and therefore there isn't any radiation data to be had for the device. Additionally for the CMOS/bipolar question, may I contact you via email to provide that answer?
