W.r.t radiation test data- could you please clarify if you are referring to tests documenting the reaction of the part to a radiated energy source? [ as opposed to radiated emissions from the part per CISPR 22 or 25 guidelines] ? Please let us know , and we'd be happy to check with our colleagues and report back.

Hi Abhi, I am a radiation consultant at the Radiation Group, inc. One of my customers intend on using these parts in space and asked to assess the radiation hardness of the parts. Basically total ionizing dose (TID) and single event effects (SEE). The main concern is latchup. If the part is Bipolar then no latchup is expected.

BTW, I often ask the same question and get replies on the part's technology. I am not asking for specific process information. As a matter of fact, many vendors, in their part's specs tell if it is CMOS or bipolar.

Munir,

The part is only qualified for automotive purposes and therefore there isn't any radiation data to be had for the device. Additionally for the CMOS/bipolar question, may I contact you via email to provide that answer?
