ISO7220C:ISO7220C能将1.3V~5V转换成0V~3.3V吗?

有个项目需要用串口通讯,输入端波形电压为5V~1.3V,请问有哪款产品可以将此电压转换为3.3V~0V ?

同理,反向也需要将0V~3.3V转换为0V~5V或者1.3V~5V都行;
