My customer is considering adopting ISO77xx-Q1.

Is there the destructive testing FMEA of this IC?

They want that data.

    I showed the data to the customer.

    However, we are requesting different materials.

    Is there Pin FMEA analysis data?

    ex. analysis for Short circuit to neighboring pin,  Pin short circuit to GND and Pin left open
