ISO7841: Please Recommended an usb isolation solution

Hi experts,

My customer met a trouble. their products keep receiving a few usb damage report from their end customer every months. their product is HMI and the damage is same: their HMI usb chip and their end customer's ESD protection of PC's usb port. Please kindly recommend a solution, thanks.

Hi,
Could you recommend a solution from system level view. The main issue is the TVS(500w，discrete) damage when hot swap the usb. Thanks .
