SN6505A-Q1: How much is Ron @ TA=125℃ ?

Part Number: SN6505A-Q1

Hello team,

Could you tell me Ron value @ TA=125℃?
I saw it @ TA=25℃ in datasheet, but I also would like to know it @ TA=125℃.

Best regards,
Ochi

  • Hi Ochi-san,

Thank you for your post! The SN6505A-Q1's typical Ron value is specified for 25dC, but the maximum spec applies across all recommended operating conditions (shown below for reference). Is there a specific Vcc and current load you would like to know for?

    Thank you,
    Manuel Chavez

  • Hi Ochi-san,

Ron for SN6505 has a range of values across its operating conditions, so for precise measurements please do let me know the Vcc and current loads you are interested in. For transformer sizing measurements, it is best to use the worst-case value for margin.

A related conversation has been ongoing with my colleague, so if measurements for a specific operating condition are not necessary, please do refer to the thread linked below:

Thank you for posting to E2E!
