Has a partial dischargetest be done on this device? If so, could you share the report?
Hi Jerry,Welcome to E2E! Partial discharge tests, like those required for IEC 60747-5-5, are a pass criteria for Isolation-related standards during qualification and production tests. I read document slyy063. The document speaks to the ISO7842. I need a document that states that the ISO7841 was submitted to the same test and meerts the same levels. Could you provide a conformation stating this?

Hi Jerry,ISO7842 and ISO7841 are made of the same technology, which is qualified and tested in production to the same voltage levels. Table 6.6 of the ISO7841 datasheet specifies Apparent charge, which is a result of partial discharge testing conducted following the process outlined in slyy063 for Viotm and Viorm.Is this sufficient confirmation?
