Four characters in the first line indicate the part number. You could use this link to look up the TI part number.

The three characters on the second line are (in order) the last digit of the year of assembly, the month of assembly (with 1 = January, 2 = February, ..., A = October, B = November, etc.), and the assembly site.
The four-digit code that comprises the third line of the marking is a unique lot trace code so that TI can better trace the assembly lot.
‘G4’ indicates NiPdAu finish on the component and use of “green” mold compound. More information on this can be found from the link below.
