Part Number: ISO1410DWEVM
I need a high temperature package with robustness similar to ISO1410DW. Tolerance to sustained temperatures above 250C will be necessary. Does this exist?
Hi Ben,Thank you for posting, and welcome to E2E! Unfortunately TI does not offer isolated devices that can tolerate sustained ambient temperatures above 150C. Is your end product expected to operate in ambient temperatures above 250C or are you looking for devices that can withstand internal heating over 250C during operation?Please also let me know if isolated RS-4xx chips are necessary or if standalone transceivers could be acceptable.Respectfully,Manuel Chavez

We are looking to operate in 250C ambient temperatures, unfortunately. I have found SN65HVD11-HT, and we should be able to make that work for the time being even though it is not isolated. Isolation is not critical, but we do need to go to 250C eventually so any advice would be appreciated.
