  • Hello Marc,

The engineer responsible for this part is out of the office for the holidays and will be back in next Tuesday, Jan 2.
  • Marc,
    Can you provide more information?
Who is customer? Is this a new or revised design? If revised what has changed?
Can you provide schematic? What is meant by LED does not light? No output from the device? Static? What is input signal?
Unfortunately, we no longer have engineers with significant experience with this device.

If schematic and other information cannot be posted to public forum, we can continue the discussion via email.

    Regards,
    Wade
  • In reply to Wade Vonbergen:

Also, please include the orderable part number.
    Thanks,
    Wade
  • In reply to Wade Vonbergen:

You can reply back to re-open post if/when you get additional data. If the problem was resolved, please update solution.
    Regards,
    Wade
