UC1875-SP: Radiation Testing

I see that the UC1875-SP has an ELDERS report, but I have a customer asking the following questions regarding the UC1875-SP:

Do you have any latch up test results for the UC1875-SP? This is for radiation environment, specifically single event upset thresholds. They are normally rated as immune to a certain LET value.

Do you have any SEE test values for this converter?

Ramesh,

Here are some additional comments from the customer:

We are primarily concerned about avoiding latch up and above what levels of LET we should be concerned about it. As a space rated part, this is the other radiation factor, besides total dose, that the part would have to survive. Your total dose rating is sufficient for several of our applications and the theory of operation for this part is far superior to the standard PWMs. We’d like to use it for at least one of our applications, but would need to verify its performance under prompt dose conditions. We would not want to spend the money testing it if we know there is little hope that it would pass.
