Part Number: TPS7A4501-SP
I'm designing a 3.35V LDO using the TOS7A4501-SP.
During powerup, I observe an overshoot to 3.55V. The overshoot stabalizs after ~20usec.
I tried different values on the compensation capacitor (C3 in figure 24 of the datasheet) from 220pF to 1000pF and no change was observed in the overshoot.
Do you have any recommendations on how to reduce the overshoot?
