I'm looking for a solution for Wireless Charging of 5W or 10W, with a distance between coils of about 15mm.
I'm designing both transmitter and Receiver, so no need for standard like WPC, PMA or A4WP, a custom protocol could be used.
15mm gap cannot be reached with Inductive technology like QI or PMA, am I right?
But resonant one, like A4WP, or a custom frequency around few MHz could be used, is that correct?
Is there any TI solution for that system?
UPDATE -- Oct 31, 2018 WPC Qi range is 5mm max not 15mm. Below text update.
We do not have a solution for this distance. All products are based on the WPC standard and max range is 5mm.
