Part Number: SN74AUP1G17
Regarding to output on SN74AUP1G17, my customer is asking a question.
When their conditions are as following, how does output level become?
(High or low or unknown?)
･Vcc<0.8V (under 0.8V)
･Input A =2.55V-3.4V
Basically, I think that the device is not damaged at input 3.4V, because of Absolute Maximum Ratings.
But I’m not sure how output level become on above conditions.
Hi Tao, The answer you are looking for can be found in the following FAQ: e2e.ti.com/.../723607 So for the SN74AUP1G17, 4.6V can be applied to the input regardless of the value at Vcc.
The output will follow Vcc, so if Vcc is .8V then the output should be at VOH at .8V Vcc of around .7V.
If Vcc is below .8V, the SN74AUP1G17 is not spec'd at that voltage and any output behavior cannot be guaranteed.
