TINA/Spice/SN74LVC1G374: Needed TINA/PSPICE models
Part Number: SN74LVC1G374
I have to simulate one UART Based circuit by using SN74LV1G374 and SN74LVC1G86.
I have designed this circuit in LTSPICE by using HSPICE Model available on TI Website.
While running the circuit i am facing attached error i.e related to symbol only.Can you please let me know where is the issue.
I have download the symbol from HSPICE Model from below link.
HSPICE models are only meant to be used with the synopsys tool hspice. You need a PSPICE mdoel to be used in a tool like LTSpice.
I have the LVC1G86 PSPICE model on hand. It will take me up to 2 weeks to have the LVC1G374 model made.
The .tsc file can be opened and used in TINA-TI. A software like LTSPICE provided by TI for free. The .cir file can be used in any SPICE modeling tool you wish.
We are glad that we were able to resolve this issue, and will now proceed to close this thread.

We want to simulate it with exact component not from alternate Part.
