Hi,  

 

We are using 74LVTH125 in one of the our designs. The absolute max DC input voltage VI is 7V. Is there any buffer with DC input voltage as 12V as VI and the supply voltage VCC is 5V.

Please send me the datasheet.

    Hello,

    A suitable high voltage buffer would be the CD4010B or the CD4050B. The CD4503B has three state outputs if those are required.
