Hello.  Can you tell me where to find or how to calculate the output impedance of an 54/74HC245 transciever when it is Tri-stated?

Thanks,
Carl

You can use Ioz to calculate. 600Mohms is typical while worst case would be 1.2Mohms

    Hi!

It is difficult to say something about the tristate output resistance because a possible current will not flow because of a resistor.
It's more a temperature depending leakage current which I would not use to calculate a resistance value. Moreover these leakage currents will be very small so that the will not be of interest in digital circuits.

    Best regards,
    Edwin Krasser
