Can SN74LVC3G17 take HIGH input voltages when shutdown? I use SN74LVC3G17 for SPI link, however I need to sequenced start-up and SPI slave can't tolerate input voltages when shutdown.
On backplane when system boots up, SPI lines will go high state immediately. So during booting up process, SN74LVC3G17 is powered off but system may provide high level voltage (3.3V) to it's inputs.
