CD4051 voltage drop problem and how to compensate

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CD74HC4051

I am using CD4051 analog multiplexer IC for interfacing it to an AD574 ADC.I have provided +-5 volts to Vcc and Vee pin and Gnd to ground pin as I have bipolar input signals.
As per datasheet ON state resistance of a channel is 125 ohms. I am facing voltage drop between input and output and this drop is increasing with increasing input voltage.
30mv, 50mv, 110mv and so on till 5 volts max. Note that ADC is connected to Mux o/p while observing this in system. How to avoid any drop OR how to get constant drop that can be compensated later?
