I have found LSF0108 would be right device.
But, It is not qualified for AEC-Q100. I need automotive version.
Below is my needs. please check a right device for me.
1. Voltage : 1.5V to 3.3V
2. data frequency : 100MHZ
3. Enable pin
4. Data width : 8 bit
5. Automotive version. AEC-Q100
