TS3L110 - 2:1 multiplexers for RMII Interface

Hi Team,

Our customer is looking for a 2:1 multiplexer which could use in RMII interface.

I believe there are 4 channels for TX and 4 or 5 channels for RX in RMII, so I think 4 or 8 channel type would be good for their application.

Can the following devices be used in the above RMII signal switching application ?

TS3L110, TS3L301, TS3L500

One thing I was wondering is that these devices does not specify Ron at low input voltage such like under 1.0V. This would mean that low Ron is not guaranteed for these devices.

What would be your recommendation for RMII signal switching application ?
Would SN74CB3Q3257 be a better solution for this app ?
