I'm searching for a level translator (buffer) with TTL 3,3 V input and capable of both 3,3 V and 5 V output (given by supply voltage). The application is a communication of a MCU to another MCU on external device. The power supply of an external MCU could be 3,3 V or 5 V and it supplies the output buffer. I'm aware of an existence of LV1T family, but my need is quadruple buffer with 3-state output in SOP14 package to replace the IC on existing pcb. The current solution is the combination of the 74AHC and 74AHCT family which are switched on and off according to the external logic supply, byt due to the firmware needs, I need to replace 2 different buffers by one which could handle both supplies (and both output levels).
Is there direct solution according to my needs?
