θja although is written is a value in the data sheet, I

ts value is Low-K?

In the case of Low-K,

I want to know the value of High-k.

Hi Cafain,

We do not have that data, but we have submitted a request. Typically it will take 1 to 2 weeks to get the data.

When we get the data back, it will be for High-K.

Θja = 62.5 C / W

Θjc = 15.9 C / W

I will check on Tj(max) for you.

Tj(max) = 150C absolute max and 125 C operating temperature.
