Problems with CD74HC4060M noise on clock in

I can't tell what both of your resistor values are - your document has two resistors but specifies a single value. Please forgive me if I am missing something.

Attached is a method we have used on this part to avoid noise. Notice the addition of the 220 pF capacitor.

my values are listed in my first post:

Rs =24.9k on pin 11

Rx=8.25k on pin 10

Cx=100nF on pin 9

Today I will try the method with the 220pF capacitor (also with other value) directly on Pin 10 and give you a feedback.

We will perform a tolerance calculation for the frequency generation with RC configuration (CD74HC4060M).

Could you give me the tolerances of the calculation factor k (2.2)?

Maybe you have the opportunity to give me a complete tolerance calculation for the frequency?
