Hi Team,

Our customer would like to know about supply current (Icc & ⊿Icc).

Could you please let me ask the following question?

------------------------------

[Q1]

How much is Icc if they use SN74CBT16390 at the following conditions?

I believe that Icc is the following value.

Is my understanding correct?

------------------------------

[Q2]

Is ⊿Icc the worst value if the control pin (/OE1 & /OE2) is 3.4V?

Therefore, is "one input at 3.4V" mentioned in test condition of datasheet?

And, could you please send it to me if you have a similar graph of SN74CBT16390?

  • Hi Kanemaru-san

Your understanding is correct as shown in your charts.

The delta Icc will be worse case the closer the input comes to the switching threshold so the spec in the datasheet is not worst case. It will be worst cas at about Vcc/2 which is the CMOS switching threshold.

The Delta Icc in the spec is only measured at 3.4V.

  • Hi Chris-san,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I understood that the delta Icc will be worst case at about Vcc/2.

And, I have one more question.

Could you please let me know the delta Icc at the control input voltage = 3.0V?

My customer would like to use it at this condition.

    Regards,

    Kanemaru
