About CD74HC4094PWR's data retention time

Hello,

We have a question of CD74HC4094PWR's data retention time.

Now,Data is remained if the power turned off momentarily.
Turn off time is 200ms.

Does the data completely erased if the power is turned off how much?
I want to know the time until data being cleared.

    Hi Ito-san,

    We do not have a specification on data retention when the device is not operated in the "Operating Conditions" range.

    It is difficult to determine this value, but it can be affected by conditions in the system, such as capacitance of the voltage supply node and IC temperature.

    Under what conditions are you measuring the 200 ms value? Have you tried increasing the turn-off time to see when the memory is erased?
