We'd like to ask Tjmax of SN74LVCC4245APWR.
Which is correct 125 degree or 150 degree?

Hi Hirotaka-san

125degC is the maximum operational junction temp and 150degC is the absolute maximum junction temp or storage temp.

The post was some how moved into the Logic Faq instead of the forum. Sorry about that.

The other post is correct. TJmax (operating) is 125C and TJMax (absolute) is 150C.
